As of February 6, 2026, Atlas GmbH filed for insolvency under self-administration at the Delmenhorst district court in Germany. Atlas has confirmed that business operations will continue as normal during this process, including ongoing manufacturing and the supply of spare parts.
The SMH Group remains confident in the strength of the Atlas product line and the long-term value it delivers to customers in material handling, construction, scrap, and industrial applications.
