ATLAS Group by Buhler Versatile has been formally notarized, marking another important milestone in the ongoing restructuring process.
The agreement covers the acquisition of the operating assets of Atlas GmbH. Completion of the transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and the fulfillment of certain closing conditions, including agreements related to personnel measures.
As the ATLAS distributor in North America, SMH Group remains committed to supporting our ATLAS dealer network and customers throughout the restructuring process. The SMH Group continues to provide sales, parts, service, and technical support for ATLAS material handlers and excavators equipment across the United States.
